I’ve often been told that as Head of Production, “you can put everything on your site”. There’s a bit more to it, in my opinion. If a significant contribution was made (director selection, helping get a project sold through clients, etc), then I feel including that work is warranted. I’ve been fortunate to have been in a position to foster a department of creative producers that are among the best in the business.
